- take every win, no matter how small, and do not let idealistic perfection be the enemy of good

what are the PRABAR values and philosophies?
NOTE THAT PRABAR WILL REFUSE WORK INTENDED ON LAYING OFF STAFF FROM OUR COMMUNITY. THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE, PERIOD. the intent is that our efforts will amplify productivity and create new value for the community. redeploying and cross-training staff benefits business and our community. the mission of PRABAR is to help our community and we will not contradict our purpose. if your business is at a crossroads, let’s chat.

what does the PRABAR logo stand for?
if you are a lover of 4th-5th centuries BCE history, you know of the legacy of Sparta and the implementation of the phalanx tactic. this was renowned at the time for its effectiveness, cohesion, and resilience of a formidable force even battling larger opponents. our logo blends the legacy history and strength of the Spartan, with a new force multiplier of the Engineer with his modern tools. the PRABAR approach respects the strength that has prevailed through history, and provide the battle tested warriors (our community and industries) with the tools and support needed to be victorious in these new ages. like the Spartans and modern militaries all experience, taking the ground is difficult, but the true measure of success is realized by those who can sustain these gains.
